Are you ready to get away from it all and yet have it all? Our charming mountain cabin is music for your soul.

Relax on the spacious back deck with cool breezes and beautiful night skies. A rushing creek is just steps away, let the sights and sounds of many small water falls wash your cares away.

Roast marshmallows over an open fire and enjoy cocktails in the spacious hot tub. Cook out on the gas grill.

The cabin is tucked away far from traffic and noise, and is surrounded by lush forest and flowering rhododendron. Elk ,deer and wild turkey roam the neighborhood, offering picturesque glimpses of nature up close.

The main floor, kitchen and master suite are ADA compliant, wheelchair accessible and features a step in shower and bench with grab bars. A wheelchair accessible ramp offers access to the front door and wrap around deck overlooking the creek. There are two master suites featuring a K size bed, Q size bed and a plush pull out queen sofa bed in front of the fireplace.

Mountain Music is three picturesque miles from Maggie Valley, on a partially paved and gravel road which is accessible year round.

Local antique shops, your choice of restaurants and the renowned Stomping Ground dance hall awaits you.

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is 39 miles from the front door. Ashville NC is a stones throw away and features world class artisans, eclectic dining and a vibrant live music scene all in an LGBT friendly environment. Ashville shopping destinations are between 35-40 miles away, Cherokee NC is a mere 13 miles and Cataloochee Ski Resort is less than 7 miles.

Nearby Waynesville NC offers big box stores in addition to a charming downtown culture. Ingles grocery is 12 miles from the cabin.

The cabin has Direct TV and WiFi, but you may want to leave it behind and take a hike, bird watch, go antiquing or take a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway only 6 miles away.

Instructions for Check-In/Check-Out

• You must check-in at our office at 2787 Soco Rd. in Maggie Valley. We are located in Eagles Plaza near Snappy’s Pizza.

• Check in times will begin at 4:00 pm, however, this is not guaranteed. We work very hard to accommodate this check in time, but additional cleaning and inspection may be required for the rental homes, especially during peak and holiday seasons. You are welcome to call the office before your arrival to see if your vacation rental is ready for occupancy.

• During business hours, your check-in packet will be in our office. If you arrive after business hours, your packet will be in the RED drop box located just outside our office door. This packet includes directions to the home, keys, an after hours emergency number, local trash locations, and directions to various grocery stores.

• Check out is 10:00 am and all keys need to be returned to our office or placed in the locked section of the RED drop box.

The Cabin is My Happy Place

I always enjoy my time in this cabin. The creek running right beside it, sitting out back on the deck or in the hot tub, very peaceful & secluded. It's a place I could stay forever. All the luxury you could ask for and everything you need. I can't wait to get back to my happy place. I love it like it was my own. Absolutely beautiful.......

The Cabin is My Happy Place

I stay in this beautiful cabin 2 weeks out of every year. It is like my home away from home. The place is secluded with the creek rushing down right beside it. It's absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and spacious, my peace on earth. Close to town too.

Cozy home in beautiful location

Lovely home, well furnished, comfortable. Secluded location is beautiful but would have liked a covered area over the hot tub and easier access from the inside to the outside back deck with hot tub and fire pit.

Stay at Mountain Music

Excellent property! Location was beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Kids loved the stream and the fire-pit outside was a perfect place to relax after hiking in the Smokies. Inside the cabin was very clean and everything was well maintained. Nothing fancy, but well equipped for your stay. The sound of the stream at the back of the cabin was the perfect way to begin and end each day. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay Mountain Music is a perfect place to wind down. Not too far from hiking but far enough away that you can avoid the crowds if you want to. Thanks for a great stay!! We will be back.

Excellent getaway

The rental was wonderful. It was clean and in a great Location. It was peaceful we loved hanging by the fire pit or taking a quick dip on the hot tub. The property was exactly as it was advertised. We would recommend this property.

The Cabin is My Happy Place

This place is "Heaven" on earth. I stay here any time I come to the Valley. It's the most peaceful listening to the creek while having coffee on the deck. The seclusion is spectacular. It's like home away from home. The cabin is as beautiful as the view. Cozy by the fire, or cooking, hiking or relaxing by the fire pit , or the hot tub. It is just fabulous!!! the decor is so charming & just never want to leave. The staff are always so nice & professional. Makes for a pleasurable escape & still minutes to anything you would want to do. I will always come back!!!!

Nice cabin

This cabin is not far from town but is very much off to itself, so if you want a private setting this is the place. It has a nice Hottub and the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, overall a nice place The only complaint is the grill needs to be replaced, it functional but old As a side note i don’t think a low car could get through the ( mountain car wash)

Access road is steep and one lane. Glad I had 4 wheel drive but did not really need it. This cabin was so perfect. I wish I could post pics of my wife in wheelchair on the back with fire and view of creek. We rode out Tropical storm Fred and it was amazing.

Fabulous Retreat

Four of us stayed from 7/4/21-7/18/21 and had a fabulous time. I can't say enough wonderful things about this cabin. Beautiful setting by a flowing stream that was constantly playing in the background as our windows were open the entire time. The place was spotless on our arrival. The furniture was updated and comfortable and the beds were lovely. We used the hot tub each day and the setting by the stream was perfect. We drove on the Blue Ridge Parkway almost every day and it was mere minutes from the cabin. We saw bears, elk, turkeys, beaver and deer. The single drawback was the sketchy internet service, but when we needed high speed access for business we drove to the Waynesville library.

Property was fabulous. No visible neighbors, hot tub on deck with creek running below. It was a wonderful place to return to each afternoon after hiking. Internet is spotty but when you’re nestled in trees that is to be expected.

Awesome!

We loved the cabin, the rushing creek and the surrounding woods. We want to go back, the weather was wonderful. The cabin must be quite new, it was in great shape, super clean and smelled nice inside. My son is in a wheelchair, and the cabin worked great for him.

Beautiful place, very comfortable. Management could have given more insight on the location of this property. Would love to come back but during a different season, maybe even try another property that they have.

Beautiful, Peaceful Cabin (But bring your own firewood)

This is a wonderful, isolated cabin located right next to a babbling brook. It has a wood fireplace inside and a fire ring outside right next to the creek. The hot tub is also adjacent to the fire ring and overlooks the creek. The cabin is fairly isolated, with neighboring homes quite a distance away and mostly out of sight. It was very quiet, with the sound of the creek and the wind thru the trees. The cabin has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sofa bed in front of the fireplace. There is also a washer & dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cooking/baking utensils that you'll need. Some basic dry staples were available, as well (sugar, spices, laundry & dish/dishwasher soap, etc.) It was clean and generally modern with central climate control. Two caveats: 1) Heed the description of slow Internet service. More than slow, it was useless (too slow to even speed test). We were forced to use our Verizon LTE, which was also very slow due to the distance to the nearest tower. This meant texts and emails, but no video streaming or even web browsing. "Disconnecting" is great, but not being able to plan the next day's activities was inconvenient. We also could not ever get the TV working (and this was with three teenage boys, so you know that it was an issue). Unfortunately, the property mgmt company doesn't answer phone calls on the weekend, and the instructions specifically state that TV was not a reason for using the emergency number, so we were forced to go without.2) Firewood. Had I not called a week ahead of time to confirm that firewood was provided with the cabin rental (IT IS NOT), we would have enjoyed the weekend nearly as much. If you call ahead, the property managers can give you the phone number of a local gentleman who will deliver firewood to the cabin ahead of time. He charged us $75 for a large pile of wood which lasted us three days of constant burning in the fireplace, and one ni

Our rental cabin was beautiful and we felt at home immediately. Everything you could possibly need was available. It was very relaxing, especially listening to the creek by the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

The setting of this cabin was perfect for us. The creek is a delight for the senses and having it visible from the backporch was a treat. The kitchen was well set up and the furniture throughout the house was comfortable and of good quality. The place was wonderfully clean and the rental agency was quickly responsive to a minor issue. Accessibility was an issue for us as my husband is a tetraplegic in a power wheelchair. The house is mostly accessible and has plenty of space to move around. The wrap-around porch and grill were wonderfully accessible for him and much enjoyed. The master bedroom is spacious and worked well for us. The master bathroom is wheelchair accessible only in the sense that a wheelchair can get in, but there is no sink available for a wheelchair user. The shower access is half blocked by the commode, making it necessary to bring your own shower chair unless you are able to stand up and walk in to the built-in shower bench. We did not use the hot tub as it would have been ipmossible for my husband to get in. Still, we made the little hiccups work and enjoyed it! The view outside was worth a little inconvenience.

Great cabin! Convenient, private and relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was cool enough in late May to have the windows open and listen to Jonathan's Creek. Great private location, still close to Maggie Valley, Waynesville and Blue Ridge Parkway. Cabin had all the amenities we needed. Deck around house was wonderful!We recommend it and hope to stay here again!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at Mountain Music and enjoyed every last minute of it. The house is clean and orderly, cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed snuggling up next to the fireplace, sitting in the hot tub, and exploring the gorgeous mountain nature that surrounds the cabin. We'd love to bring our family back to this same cabin and make it a tradition. We both highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home. We were absolutely smitten with it.

Very private and still easy to get to

Loved the sights and sounds of the rushing creek. Loved the seclusion as you could barely see any others around you. Very few cars ever came by as it is on a narrow gravel road. Hot tub was great. We enjoyed being less than a mile from the BRParkway. Cute cabin, comfortable beds, washer/dryer in Master Bathroom was so convenient. No AT&T cell service there, but WiFi did the trick. A/C went out and they sent someone to fix it right away.

Mountain Music Perfection

Nothing but good things to say about our stay at Mountain Music. My wife, my Mom and I had a great week at this wonderful cabin in Maggie Valley. The setting is perfect with a mountain creek running behind and beside the cabin. My Mom uses a walker so the ramp and the handicap access was great for us. Everything about the cabin was great. Nicely furnished, immaculately clean with a wonderful deck overlooking the creek. The continuous sound of the rushing water added to the mountain experience. We could not have had a better place to stay or a better time. Well located close to Maggie Valley and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We took full advantage of both. The folks at Premier were great and the cabin was as described or even better. Could not have a more perfect vacation. Highly reccommended!

Beautiful and relaxing retreat!

The house and it’s ammenities are accurately described and more! The sound of the rushing stream, the clean house, super comfortable beds and and linens and the stocked kitchen ware made our stay delightful. Host was very responsive to issues even on a holiday!My two small improvement recommendations would be to just have a few knives that are sharpened versus a couple dozen dull knives and give the AC a test run before the warm season is upon us and guests want to use it. Either way we would love to come back!

Music to my ears

What a great vacation spot. The "mountain carwash" upon entry was something the whole family looked forward to each trip to and from the cabin. Make sure to read the instruction packet so you know what to expect when approaching. The creek running through the property was incredible and the main reason we selected this rental. Opening the vehicle doors and hearing the water flowing was nothing short of amazing. We look forward to visiting this location again.
