This beautiful home is located 30 minutes from Asheville in the quaint town of Waynesville, with a wonderful Main Street full of shopping and casual dining. The location is close to skiing at Cataloochee, The Great Smoky National Park, White Water Rafting, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain Railroad, Cherokee Harrah's Casino and lots more fun adventures.
The home features 3 bedroom and 3 baths with a loft, a game area and a full garage. Nice large deck to enjoy the views and hot tub . Master bedroom is located on upper level of home and has a king size bed . Master bath has a jacuzzi tub with shower and double sink. Large closet and TV with cable access.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The loft area has a sitting area and small desk.
Downstairs area has a game area with a TV for gaming and game system. Also there is a card table and games. Full size washer and dryer. Full bath down stairs with shower.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The hot tub was very clean upon arrival, and the view is wonderful. The only downside to this cabin is the lack of insulation/noise-proofing between floors and rooms. While this was not an issue with our small family of four, I could see this being somewhat bothersome to multiple families or large families sharing the cabin. You can hear everything throughout the home. Other than this, we highly recommend!

The rental was exactly as pictured and very clean. We were there for Thanksgiving and made use of the kitchen. Fully stocked with plenty of plates, pots/pans and other serve ware. Fireplace was great. We called ahead to have firewood delivered though it seems there may have been some left from a previous renter so it may be a good idea to check before ordering. Plenty of throw blankets which was much appreciated. Loved the gates on the deck as well to keep so the dog could roam around while we sat in the hot tub.The driveway is quite steep though I don’t think 4 wheel drive is needed as it’s paved. It’s a quick drive to downtown Waynesville and Asheville is less than 45 minutes. For the dog lovers—Frog Level Brewing allows dogs inside on a leash.

The home has gorgeous views of the mountains. It’s a very spacious home, perfect for my family of 4. The kitchen was stocked however very disorganized and there was no place to store pantry food. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and large tv but the furniture needs to be replaced. The large holes in the cushions made it difficult to get comfortable. Overall we loved the stay!

Spent 4 nites over Thanksgiving: 4 adults, 1 toddler. VIEWS ARE AMAZING, hot tub was wonderful, cabin is extremely spacious, couches are worn but very comfy & 3 throws were a nice touch. We used the fireplace daily. I suggest contacting a local firewood co. with free delivery cheaper than us spending $60 on 5 bundles & 1 box of starters from Publix. We did curbside pickup for groceries at Publix-great time saver! Kitchen is well stocked, but silverware holder could use a cleaning to remove crumbs but everything else was immaculate. Washer, dryer & outside swings are great! Beds/pillows/bedding - very comfortable. 1st floor front bedroom is not ideal for light sleepers, you can hear a pin drop from the bedroom above it. 1st floor rear bedroom is very quiet. Picking up & dropping off the key to the office 15 minutes away is inconvenient when there's already a lock box! Installing a keypad would be a great solution and necessary rental paperwork could be in the cabin when renters arrive. The only other drawback was that you have to remove all of your trash. We were there for thanksgiving, so 6-7 bags by the end of our stay. Because we enjoyed the cabin so much, most days we did not leave it, or we could have dropped off trash daily. Sunday morning we filled our jeep with all the garbage first, drove to dump station to find it closed (disclaimer-the paperwork did indicate the days/hours of operation for local dumps). Dump station behind the office was open, which we used. This created 2 trips to the office since there was no way to fit all the garbage, belongings and people in the jeep. So, take garbage to office, 1/2 hour round trip, go back to cabin to load up belongings and family, drive back to office to drop off key, another 1/2 hour added to travel time. So 1 hour spent on garbage and key return before driving 3 hours home. Only 4 stars because of the inconvenience of the key & garbage. The $50 garbage removal fee would be worth it!

Good, cool, quiet mountain house
Nice house in good location needs new sofas and maintenance attention. Management company repeatedly demonstrated reluctance to respond to renters’ concerns. The house could be excellent with replacement of uncomfortable, worn-out furniture and conscientious management.
