This 4 bed, 3 bath home has plenty of room for you to spread out in the mountains, and is also close to everything that the area has to offer during your stay.

The property features views, creeks, and just about everything nature has to offer. It’s located in a gated area within the mountains above the Maggie Valley Country Club which has a full 18-hole golf course. Outdoor areas include parking on two levels of the home, including a carport on the upper level and lower access below the cabin that does require 4x4 for access.

The upper level includes a cozy reading area, game table, and a private office space for those who may need to work during their escape. The master bed/bath are also on the upper level and features a king size bed and large walk in shower. There are skylights and plenty of windows on this level for more natural light and spectacular views. We have provided 2 portable ac units in the home for extra comfort. At the elevation, the home remains very cool with a nice mountain breeze through out the home.

The lower level features bunk style beds, a TV and game area for the young at heart, as well as a full bar with a mini-fridge. The laundry facilities are also on the lower level.

Outside you will find a wrap-around deck with a Jacuzzi and porch swing, along with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the views of the mountains and the night sky. There is also a gas-grill for a mountain cookout.

This home is perfect for your next Smoky Mountain getaway! Being centrally located, you are within a day trip of many popular areas like Asheville for the Biltmore House, Cherokee for the Casino, Bryson City for some rafting, and several entries to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Great Smoky Mountains! We look forward to your visit, and we trust that you will want to come back to enjoy this home again after you leave!

Best rental we have ever stayed in

Review by Kelly M.
The house was exceptionally clean. The decor was updated, obviously just painted and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool table was a nice surprise as this one one of the things we were looking for and didn’t know there would be one. The heaters downstairs were so nice to have as well as the hot tub. We would love to come back but definitely not in the snow. As with most homes in the mountains, the driveways were scary because you couldn’t tell where the turn in was. If there were at least a wooden guardrail, I would’ve felt a bit safer even with 4 wheel drive. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Amazing House; Difficult Load-In

Review by Jonathan F.
This property is a great place to hang out and spend a long weekend. It has been recently updated and the renovation was great. The beds are very comfortable, the internet works well (for the mountains), and the wood-burning fire place adds a great ambiance. The master shower is also a real treasure. The kitchen is well-equipped and had what we needed, but could have used a few more good quality pans/baking sheets. The biggest issue is the driveway. To get from the covered carport to the house requires you to go down about 20 steps that are wooden with gravel. Unloading a family's worth of gear and food took about 45 minutes and was not fun. With that said the steps and the care port are well-lit with motion censored flood lights. There is a secondary driveway that goes down to the bottom of the house, but is so steep that you need a good 4-wheel drive vehicle to use (and would have to then bring things upstairs). My mom's car was a 2WD/FWD sedan and did get partially stuck on the gravel driveway one of the days. It would be great if the owners could pave the driveway at some point.Overall, I really enjoyed the stay, and the parking situation was a minor inconvenience on the first and last days.

Good bones, lousy management and maintenance

Review by Jason C.
The home has been redone nicely. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well stocked. We encountered multiple issues during our stay:Heat that did not work, was constantly on. The first night the indoor temperature was 80+ degrees with doors/windows open. No reply from management company until day 2. They came out and flipped the breaker to off, that was their solution. Night 2, temperature was 60 degrees indoors. Guests don't have access to breaker panel. Buts of food left in refrigerator and trash in trash cans from prior guests.Screen doors super cheap and don't work well (scrape the deck).Hot tub was turned off with breaker to heater, making it unusable. Can be an excellent home, but improved management is needed.

Beautiful house, poor property management

The house is beautiful, very spacious. The property management provided gate code never worked, I called numerous times but they never called back. We had to wait for someone else to open the gate to get into the community. Its very professional for them to ignore emergency phone calls.
