Come enjoy the majestic views of the Great Smoky Mountains in our 3-story log cabin at an elevation of 3,376' and lives up to its name "Smoky’s Vista View". Comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a full bath on each level and lots of space to spread out. Just minutes from I-40 with paved access, this will be your personal mountain cabin while enjoying the nearby towns of Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Asheville and Cherokee.

The best part of the cabin is you can continuously enjoy the beautiful long-range mountain vista. As soon as you walk into the front door, you can enjoy viewing through the cabin’s 2 story wall of windows then walk out onto the wrap around deck to enjoy the mountain breeze as well. Relax by the stone gas fireplace while watching your favorite program on the smart TV in the living room. Another favorite is to play a game on the overlooking third floor balcony while still enjoying more breathtaking views of the rolling clouds below you. Head downstairs and you’ll find another area with a standalone gas fireplace where you can watch your favorite movies on the big screen smart TV by streaming via Wi-Fi or playing a DVD on the Blu-ray player. Maybe you’d rather challenge your family and friends to a game of fooz ball and billiards or take in more views while soaking in the hot tub or enjoying a bonfire accessible from the walkout lower level.

At night you can retreat to one of the 5 bedrooms. On the 3rd floor is a king suite with its own smart TV and private full bath. Outside your door on the balcony is a comfortable twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle. The main floor has two beautifully appointed bedrooms each with a comfortable queen bed and a shared full bath. Downstairs is another king suite with a full bath. Need more room, the 5th bedroom has a twin XL over queen bunk bed which has a smart TV and a stunning view of the mountains. There is also a nice size laundry area if needed.

An extra bonus, there is an easily accessible level driveway leading to a large detached double garage with electrical power and garage door opener. Park your bikes, motorcycles or vehicles to keep them secure during your visit.

This cabin is just minutes from the Maggie Valley Club for a round of golf, The Wheels Through Time Museum, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, Cherokee Museum, the Biltmore Estate, Cataloochee Ski Resort, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, fishing, gem mining, shopping, music, and more.

Great for multiple families - haul your own trash

The cabin was perfect for 3 families. Outdoor area is amazing and plenty of room for kids to play. The only negative is you have to take your own trash into town or drive it home with you. I’ve never stayed in a rental where you had to do this before and it was a big inconvenience.

We understand the trash hauling is an issues for those homes in rural areas, but unfortunately Haywood County does not have county wide pick up. We had a wonderful experience spending time together here. Everything was perfect from the spectacular view to there being plenty of room for everyone. Did not mind the 20 minute drive down the mountain to town because we loved the feeling of being away from it all. Definitely will stay her again.

Good place to stay

Very nice house! Clean and spacious for two families to stay! Nice view too!!Wish the kitchen cabinets were cleaned out and gone through. Lots of pans and even some baking plans were not clean!

Excellent house a great view

The house was as described and the kitchen truly is fully equipped for roasting/cooking needs. The view is as spectacular as advertised and the house is in good shape.We couldn't have been happier.The only "complaint" would be the AC blower seems to be a bit weak so it can take a while for house to cool down.

Winter Mountain Getaway

This mountain home was perfect for a family get-together! It provided the space we needed, a beautiful view and plenty of fun amenities to make our vacation complete!The house was clean, the jacuzzi and fire pit were a great addition. The kids LOVED the pool table and foozball downstairs!We also had great customer service from the manager, we had a little mishap our first night there with the garage and they were prompt to correspond with us to fix the problem.We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Cabin & Wow What a View!!

We enjoyed staying her for about 4 days in Sept. The weather was perfect, the cabin was spacious and clean and the view was spectacular. Watching the sun rise every morning was a real treat, being from FL 🙂

Great place with amazing views!

Stayed here with an eight person family group. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of amenities. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the long range view of the mountains was spectacular all day long. The game room was also fun. Very clean when we arrived as well. Highly recommend it!

Outstanding Views!

Outstanding Views! Best we have ever had. We had a family of nine stay for nine days and we all agreed that the views were spectacular.The house was wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking and eating. Very organized. We cooked at the house almost every night and didn’t find anything missing or needed. We also enjoyed grilling burgers out one night.The house was very clean and well laid out. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were card games, books, blankets, and throws for the cool evenings. We never turned on the TV as we were entertained by everything else.There were plenty of bath towels and towels for the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable.Everyone enjoyed the game room with billiards and foosball. The favorite game by far was Corn Hole. We had many spirited games in the driveway several nights. There was plenty of room in the driveway for three cars and even a garage that we didn’t need to utilize.We spent most of our time on the deck when at the house. The views were just amazing. We would recommend that there be outdoor cushions for the seating outside.The main negative we had was after a nine-hour drive to the house and going to the Realtors office to pick up the key (at least a 20 minute detour) we got to the house and the wrong key was in the envelope. It was after hours so we called the emergency number on the information packet that we picked up and received a return call within 10 minutes. We were given the code to a lock box at the house that had the right key inside. We all said that it would have been far simpler to have been given that information to start with rather than having to go all the way to the Realtor office to pick up a key. The second negative was that we only had one key to the house. With a large group, we broke up into different groups some days and it would have been nice for each group to have a key.

Great Place Burdensome Checkout Procedure

The place is just as it appears on the site and we enjoyed our stay. However the written procedures and threats if not completed properly upon departure were off-putting. We were on vacation and didn't expect to be doing work. I am a superhost on a competing vacation rental site and would never require my guests to perform so many tasks upon departure. My assumption is that the property management company hired to manage the place has something to do with it. Oh well.
